We are waiting for you in Hall 23 – Booth A52 to present our latest news including the electric cylinders Series 1800 and the solenoid valves Series 3000.
The new electric cylinders Series 1800 according to ISO15552 standard complete the electric actuation range that includes also toothed belt linear actuators (with integrated or double external ball rail system), ball screw linear actuators and linear units.
The cylinders Series 1800 are equipped with recirculating ball screw and brushless in line or parallel Siemens motors.
These new cylinders are available in four different sizes (32-40-50-63) and come equipped with anti-rotation rod and IP65 protection. The magnetic piston allows to use external magnetic sensors useful for the homing when the cycle starts or to prevent over-stroke.
The development of a new series of electro-pneumatic control valves offering efficient motion control has been the source of recent investment. The new Series 3000 solenoid valve is a 10mm valve which is stand alone or manifold mounted and can be interfaced with all the main serial communication protocols.?
During the exhibition, we will display some working demos, including a delta picker developed in cooperation with SIEMENS, Telmotor and Diesse. This has an operating interface equipped with a dedicated and cloud-connected dashboard, which allows the unit to be continuously monitored ensuring maximum performance and optimization of the electrical components. This also enables the performance of the picker to be constantly monitored and the data gained can be used for example for maintenance.?
