Pneumax Group is expanding through the acquisition of FIP (Forniture Industriali Parmensi) srl, a company located in Parma with for over 30 years experience in the field of automation, which has distinguished itself over time for its deep know-how offering complete solutions and customized services.
With the acquisition of FIP, Pneumax further consolidates its presence in Emilia-Romagna, one of the most industrialized region in the country with its worldwide renowned packaging and food district, as well as with its vibrant activities in the pharmaceutical and automotive industries.
This acquisition represents a further important step for Pneumax’s strategy, which sees in the widespread coverage of the territory one of the basic conditions for the Group’s development through a value-added service for all its customers at all stages, from pre-sales to after-sales assistance.
FIP combines the specific skills of industrial automation, focusing on pneumatic and electrical technology, with a vast knowledge of process automation and power transmission for which it represents prestigious brands, with an internationally recognized reputation for quality and reliability.
FIP staff will provide customers with tailored services with the aim of setting up relationships which will turn into long term partnerships.
With the acquisition of FIP, Pneumax can now count on 9 branches in Italy located in Monza, Verdello (BG), Turin, Vicenza, Sesto Fioretino (FI), Bari, Santarcangelo di Romagna (RN), Parma and Modena, further to the production units respectively located in Lurano (BG) and San Marino (Titan Engineering).
